The original 3Feet® comfort insoles are adapted to your foot type, designed for maximum comfort and protection during your sport daily life! The gel pad in the heel provides exceptional cushioning and the front forefoot pad cushions the metatarsal heads. Its anatomical reinforcement guarantees stability and distributes pressure evenly for more comfort.
The anatomical shape, full length ortholite cushioning, and gel heel pad provide all day, everyday comfort!

Which Arch Height Should I Buy?
Which arch height should I choose?
You will need:
- A bowl of water or use the bath.
- A dark piece of paper (a brown or manila envelope will work).
- Your feet!
1. Wet your feet - Dip one of your feet in the bowl of water/ or you bath, and shake off any excess.
2. Make an impression - Press your wet foot onto the paper/envelope as if you were walking over it.
3. Match it - Match the foot print with the pictures above. This will give you your foot type. If, you feel like you're between two then opt for the high arch.
How to use
How to use
- Remove the existing insole
- Place the old insole on top of your new Sidas insoles.
- Align the back of the heels and draw around the shape at the front as a trim guide.
- Trim your Sidas insole to fit.
- Now replace the old/existing insole with your Sidas insoles.
- Check the fit. The insole should not be curling up at the front or the sides.

- Wash with soap and brush only
- Do not machine wash
- Do not dry on a radiator or tumble dryer
- Air dry or for better, quicker drying use our shoe dryers
