The eco-designed anatomical ski boot insole from Sidas is tailored specifically to your foot type. Developed under the 3 Feet concept, these insoles cater to three different foot arch types. The 3 Feet Eco Winter Mid insole is crafted for mid-arched feet, featuring an EVA shell for enhanced stability and support. Its thin woven polyester mesh top layer, combined with Evamic Insulated foam, offers excellent thermal insulation, keeping your feet warm in cold conditions.
Designed to fit seamlessly into ski boots, this insole also prioritizes sustainability. The eco-conscious design uses carefully selected materials to minimize its carbon footprint, which stands at 1.70 kg of CO2 per pair. While efforts continue to reduce environmental impact, Sidas is contributing to forest and ecosystem regeneration through the Sidas World Foundation, donating one euro for every pair sold to offset emissions. Despite the improvements, the carbon contribution per pair remains around 1.75 kg.

How to use
How to use
- Remove the existing insole
- Place the old insole on top of your new Sidas insoles.
- Align the back of the heels and draw around the shape at the front as a trim guide.
- Trim your Sidas insole to fit.
- Now replace the old/existing insole with your Sidas insoles.
- Check the fit. The insole should not be curling up at the front or the sides.
