Designed specifically for ski boots, the Sidas 3Feet® Eco Winter Ski Insoles provide the support, stability and warmth needed for long days on the slopes. Available for Low, Mid and High arches, they follow the Sidas 3Feet® concept to deliver targeted support based on your foot shape.

A rigid EVA shell improves stability and power transfer inside ski boots, while insulating materials, including Evamic® Insulated foam, help retain warmth to keep your feet comfortable in cold conditions. The slim profile fits easily into ski boots without compromising performance.

Which Arch Height Should I Buy?

Which arch height should I choose?

You will need:

A bowl of water or use the bath.
A dark piece of paper (a brown or manila envelope will work).
Your feet!

1. Wet your feet - Dip one of your feet in the bowl of water/ or you bath, and shake off any excess.

2. Make an impression - Press your wet foot onto the paper/envelope as if you were walking over it.

3. Match it - Match the foot print with the pictures above. This will give you your foot type. If, you feel like you're between two then opt for the high arch.

How to use

Remove the existing insole
Place the old insole on top of your new Sidas insoles.
Align the back of the heels and draw around the shape at the front as a trim guide.
Trim your Sidas insole to fit.
Now replace the old/existing insole with your Sidas insoles.
Check the fit. The insole should not be curling up at the front or the sides.
