Anatomical 3D Bike Insoles
Pre-shaped insoles for cycling. The Bike 3D insoles will allow you to gain fluidity in your pedalling but also to have a better transfer of energy between your feet, your shoes and the pedals.
Our Bike 3D insoles will accompany you on your bike or mountain bike rides. These slim insoles, are suitable for shoes with little space, providing you with the ideal foot hold for cycling or mountain biking. The 3D anatomical shape of the insole will provide a real heel cup so that the heel will stay in place within the shoe, eliminate excess movement in for a smoother and more efficient transfer of energy when pedalling.
The FOAM pad under the front of the insole will absorb all the vibrations of pedalling. The insole is covered with MESH in order to have a better resistance and durability.

- Cut out the sole before use
- Remove the insole and replace it with the new one.
- Washing with soap and brush only
- Do not dry on a radiator, for a better drying use our shoe dryers.

How to use
- Remove the existing insole
- Place the old insole on top of your new Sidas insoles.
- Align the back of the heels and draw around the shape at the front as a trim guide.
- Trim your Sidas insole to fit.
- Now replace the old/existing insole with your Sidas insoles.
- Check the fit. The insole should not be curling up at the front or the sides.
