The gel pad in the heel provides exceptional cushioning, which helps protect the heel from repetitive impacts & shocks. At the front the forefoot pad cushions and protects the metatarsal heads in and around the stud zones. Meanwhile the 3D anatomical TPU reinforcement guarantees stability and distributes pressure evenly for more even more comfort.

  • Cut out the sole before use
  • Remove the insole and replace it with the new one.
  • Washing with soap and brush only
  • Do not dry on a radiator, for a better drying use our shoe dryers.

How to use

  • Remove the existing insole
  • Place the old insole on top of your new Sidas insoles.
  • Align the back of the heels and draw around the shape at the front as a trim guide.
  • Trim your Sidas insole to fit.
  • Now replace the old/existing insole with your Sidas insoles.
  • Check the fit. The insole should not be curling up at the front or the sides.
