3Feet® Protect insoles are adapted to your foot type (High, Mid or Low arch) and are designed for runners looking for maximum comfort and protection in each stride! 

The gel at the heel provides exceptional absorption and the section on the front of the foot encourages energy return.

These insoles have an anatomic shape ensuring your foot is supported, keeping your feet safe while you run!

HOW TO USE

  • Cut out the sole before use

  • Remove the insole and replace it with the new one.

  • Washing with soap and brush only

  • Do not dry on a radiator, for a better drying use our shoe dryers.

    How to use

    • Remove the existing insole
    • Place the old insole on top of your new Sidas insoles.
    • Align the back of the heels and draw around the shape at the front as a trim guide.
    • Trim your Sidas insole to fit.
    • Now replace the old/existing insole with your Sidas insoles.
    • Check the fit. The insole should not be curling up at the front or the sides.
