IMPACT REDUCER DUAL FOAM

RUNNING INSOLES

Impact Reducer Dual Foam insoles are made up of two essential materials for running: one absorbs shocks and the other is more dynamic, giving you the energy you need from your foot movements.

DUAL ZONE IMPACT REDUCER 

These insoles provide high levels of impact dissipation and foot propulsion. The Dual-Material construction provides cushioning at the heel and propulsion at the forefoot. The slim design (3mm) allows them to be used both underneath existing insoles, or in direct contact with the foot. They are also effective in preventing joint pain.

 HOW TO USE

  • Cut out the sole before use
  • Remove the insole and replace it with the new one.
  • Washing with soap and brush only
  • Do not dry on a radiator, for a better drying use our shoe dryers.

How to use

  • Remove the existing insole
  • Place the old insole on top of your new Sidas insoles.
  • Align the back of the heels and draw around the shape at the front as a trim guide.
  • Trim your Sidas insole to fit.
  • Now replace the old/existing insole with your Sidas insoles.
  • Check the fit. The insole should not be curling up at the front or the sides.

Care Instructions
