Former Royal Marine & Ellis Brigham staff member Robbie Mottershead is running from the Peace Pagoda in Milton Keynes, through the South of England, crossing the channel. He will then make his way down through France to climb over the Alps before dropping down into the South of France before finishing the challenge in Monaco!
- That is 800 miles (1280 km)
- 14000m of elevation (more than climbing Everest)
- over 16 Days! 50 MILES everyday!
WHY IS ROBBIE TAKING ON THE CHALLENGE?
THE GOAL to raise £10,000 to be donated to the Royal Marines Charity to help serving and retired Royal Marines and their families with mental and physical support.
WHY NOW? 2022 sees the 80thAnniversary of the Royal Marines Commando unit. That is why Robbie, supported by Matt Mitchel, will be running 80km a day over the course of 16 days in aid of the RMA-The Royal Marine Charity which supports serving and ex-marines and their families.
